TEAMWORK IN INDUSTRY 4.0
We are a Team of PROFESSIONALS with a shared know-how in new technologies but with different and winning subjective peculiarities.
Closely linked by study experiences and group projects, we collaborate remotely organized in TEAMWORK, adopting practices of horizontal coordination fast and able to adapt dynamically to new situations.
The use of transversal skills allows to improve the effectiveness of the project in the current context of strong technological innovation and profound changes in production models.
The skills of a team are greater than the mere sum of the individual skills of its members. Transversal competencies are the means by which it is possible to ensure that the sum of the individual technical competencies of team members actually generates greater value.
This is made possible by the use of SCRUM techniques, the establishment of sharing dynamics, decision support, communication and monitoring.
The combination of these elements allows for an optimization of individual skills through an enhancement and better allocation of them, which would be difficult to achieve by letting each employee act individually.
